Have you heard about the new Rebel Challenge on RRD? RC08 challenges you to use a stamped background in your creation! It's lots of fun....
Use a background stamp or a combination of stamps to create a beautiful inky backdrop for your favorite stamp or collage image. There's so many different ways you can play with this challenge. I created a single background and used it to make this pair of ATCs.
Pair of ATCs..... Sigh...does it ever seem like your art is talking to you? Well, of course not. That would just be nutty. Although sometimes late in the craft room, I begin to wonder.
To make these ATCs, I started with white cardstock and added a soft layer of Mulled Lavender Distress ink with the Sandy Beach background from Beach Babes. Over that, I stamped the Crazy Dot background from Snow Hugs using Dusty Concord ink. A layer of Brushed Corduroy distress in using the Netted background from Just Sayin' finished it off.
And then, I turned the background into these!
I am also entering these ATCs into the following great challenges:

Why not have some fun and play along?
