Playing Round Today

After a few days off, I decided to get in on some new challenges. For this one, the color scheme came from the current Play Date Cafe Challenge.

So, with color scheme in hand, I went looking for some more inspiration and found it in the Card Patterns Sketch.

Here's what happened when I put the two together!

Booking It
Stamp: school girl from Relish Reading plate (Rogue Redhead Designs)
Paper: Creamy Swirls (Creative Imaginations); Mix Floral from the Heidi Grace Design line (Fiskars); weathered blue scrap from my basket
Cardstock: Very Vanilla (Stampin Up)
Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Embellishments: gold trimmed ribbon; 1 ribbon buckle
Tools: circle cutter (Creative Memories)
Technique: paper piecing

Hope you got some time to play today!
