On the Road Again

Today, I am proud to say that my husband is riding in the 30th annual Pan-Massachusetts Challenge, a 190-mile 2-day charity bike ride which raises money for cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund. The Pan-Mass Challenge raises more money for charity than any other single event in the United States.

This is David's second year riding in the Pan-Mass. Last year, he raised over $4500. Together, the over 5000 riders raised over $35 million in 2008 and 100% of all rider-raised dollars went directly to the cause. Isn't that absolutely incredible?

I made this card to celebrate the efforts of all the riders, volunteers and contributors who have put in their time and donations to help raise money for the research so desperately needed to fight this horrible disease.
