According to my encyclopedia, this is my duodecennial anniversary which in the real world is 12 years!

I cannot imagine how 12 years have flown by so fast, but I can't think of a more wonderful person to spend them with than my husband.

I made him this card... hope he likes it!

Big News!

I am going to be a guest designer for Artistic Outpost in 2009!

Whoohoo! I am so excited to be part of such a great team of guest designers and to work with such an awesome stamp company. Congratulations to the other guest designers! Be sure to check out their exta cool blogs.

I just can't wait to get started. I will be pulling out all my Artistic Outpost plates over the next few weeks just to get the creative juices going!

Here are some of my previous cards using the amazing images from Artistic Outpost.

These cards are from the recent release Snowy Woods*:

I love this harvest card I made a few weeks ago from the Bluebird plate*. The image made the card! I hardly had to do a thing!

Here a couple of cards that I made from the Home plate*.

Of course, Halloween cards were easy this year with Artistic Outpost's fabulous Vintage Halloween plate*.

And, while I did make this card (a personal favorite of mine) for July 4th, I think it is appropriate for Veteran's Day which just passed as well. The wonderful flag stamp design came from the Hero plate*.

Can you tell I am "wicked" excited?

Well, off to stamp!

An Anniversary Wish

Here's a card I made for my brother- & sister-in-law's anniversary. I actually used chipboard! I used a variation of a Technique Junkie technique called Triple Mosaic for this card.

Always Mosaic
Stamps:
girls from Tender Toile set & tag from Too Terrific Tags set (Stampin Up)
Paper: Designer paper from Stampin Up
Cardstock: Old Olive, Chocolate Chip & Close to Cocoa (Stampin Up); generic white
Ink: Chocolate Chip (Stampin Up)
Embellishments: 3 dried flowers, chipboard heart & 1 old copper brad

Now, I have to think about making an anniversary card for my husband! 12 years coming up!

31 Days are Done!

I made it! I set myself a goal and I did it! Now, that I have all these cards under my belt, I am going to have a bit of fun! I invited a bunch of my friends over for weekend after next to have an "Addressing Party". We are all going to bring our holiday cards, our address books and a lot of good cheer and spend an afternoon together eating some treats, having some mulled cider and addressing all our holiday cards. Should be fun!

Here's to future projects!
